For privacy questions or requests, email info@karrenbeltcollective.com. Please keep initial enquiries brief and avoid sending identity documents, financial records or other sensitive files through the contact form.

1. Who is responsible?

Karrenbelt Collective is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Karrenbelt Collective
Hoenwaard 43, 6718 NC Ede, the Netherlands
Chamber of Commerce: 98621629
Email: info@karrenbeltcollective.com

This policy covers karrenbeltcollective.com and enquiries sent to the Collective. The websites and services linked from this site provide their own privacy information.

2. What information do we use?

  • Enquiries: the name, email address and message you provide, together with any information you choose to include in follow-up correspondence.
  • Technical information: information needed to deliver and protect the website, which may include IP address, request time, requested page and browser information in hosting or security logs.
  • Business administration: contact, agreement and invoice information where an enquiry leads to a business relationship.

The contact form uses WPForms. You choose whether to contact us; the fields marked as required are needed to process a form submission. Without a working email address, we may be unable to reply. No document upload is requested through this form.

3. Why do we use it?

  • Answering and directing enquiries: our legitimate interest in responding to relevant questions and communicating with prospective contacts. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, we process the information needed for those steps.
  • Operating and securing the website: our legitimate interest in providing a reliable service and preventing misuse.
  • Agreements and administration: performance of an agreement and compliance with applicable legal record-keeping duties.

If a separate activity relies on consent, we explain that when requesting it. You can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier processing. Contacting us does not sign you up to a newsletter. We do not sell personal information or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.

4. Cookies and website services

This website currently has no Google Analytics, Plausible or advertising-pixel integration. Functional cookies or similar safeguards may be used where needed for WordPress administration, sessions and form operation. Browser settings let you manage or remove cookies; blocking essential functions may affect how the site works.

Fonts: the website requests the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore connects to Google’s font servers, which receive technical request information, including your IP address. See Google Fonts’ privacy information.

Links: following a link to a venture, art platform or other website takes you to that provider’s service. Its privacy and cookie information applies there. We update this policy if we introduce additional analytics, tracking or embedded services, and request consent where required.

5. Sharing and international processing

Website hosting, technical support and email service providers may process information as needed to operate the site and handle correspondence. Access should be limited to the people and providers who need it for those purposes.

If your enquiry requires an introduction to a venture or independent professional, we discuss the intended recipient and relevant information with you before forwarding personal details. An external professional’s own privacy information also applies to their services.

We do not promise that every provider processes information exclusively within the European Economic Area. The location depends on the service and its settings, including Google Fonts. Where we arrange a transfer outside the EEA, the applicable transfer mechanism must be established, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses with any necessary additional safeguards. You can contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

6. How long do we keep information?

Our retention period for ordinary enquiries is up to 12 months after the enquiry has been closed, unless the correspondence is needed for an ongoing relationship, dispute or legal obligation.

Agreement and administrative records are retained for the applicable legal period or for as long as they are needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Technical logs follow the relevant hosting or security service’s retention settings. We can provide further information about a particular record on request.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on the processing and the applicable conditions, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal data. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

Send your request to info@karrenbeltcollective.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Please do not send a copy of your identity document unless we have discussed a suitable method.

We normally respond to privacy-rights requests within one month. If an extension is permitted because a request is complex or numerous, we explain the reason within that first month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your competent supervisory authority.

8. Security and changes

The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. Access restrictions and appropriate organisational measures help protect information against loss or unauthorised use. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We update this page when our services or handling of personal information change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
